What do I do AFTER keyword research is done? I have data, now what do I do with it?

I have keyword data gathered, now what do I do with it?

I have done a lot of keyword research using Adwords and Google Search Engine.
I have the data:
Adwords – # of “keyword phrase” searches / month on average
Google – # of sites for the search allintitle:keyword phrase
Google – # of sites for the search allintitle:”keyword phrase”
Google – # of sites for the search allinanchor:keyword phrase
Google – # of sites for the search allinanchor:”keyword phrase”
Google – # of sites for the search allinurl:keyword phrase
Google – # of sites for the search allinurl:”keyword phrase”
Google – # of sites for the search “keyword phrase”
Google – # of sites for the search keyword phrase

I know there is a way to take the data and figure out which keywords/phrases would be good for me to target and make pages for on my website… but:

I don’t know the equations or the terms to make this work.

If you know of a site that explains what to do now that I have the keyword data, please post the URL.
If you have an equation you use to figure this out, please post it.

    First i would like to congratulate you for doing a good job for keyword research. This is one of the most important part in Seo whether you want to promote a product or website.

    But this is not enough to bring quality targeted traffic to your product or website.

    You need to know more about those keyword and can those keyword bring sales for your product.
    This is where advanced keyword tracking comes in.

    A few month back a friend recommend a keyword research technique by a keyword expert Jon Orana.
    This technique is an eye opener for me.
    I have been trying to do marketing for the past 5 years and this technique improves my campaign significantly.

    When I am doing keyword research, I look for the best mix of the following that I can find ( this is for selling related keyword research ):

    For Organic Ranking Purposes:

    1. A high search to competition ratio

    The lower the competition and the higher the search volume the better.

    2. Selling keywords and phrases

    Words that indicate a need, want, or intent to buy are typically better than words or phrases that do not.

    3. No 800 pound gorilla competitors

    For this, I do searches on the major search engines to see who comes up on the first page of results and then use tools like keywordspy and the google toolbar page rank indicator to see just how competitive they are.

    Oddly enough, sometimes sites I have never heard of before are much stronger than sites that have massive brand recognition.

    If the top spots are taken by page rank 6 to 10 sites with tons of quality back links, I go looking for a different keyword.

    For PPC Traffic Purposes:
    How I decide upon keywords for PPC traffic really depends on what I want and what my budget is, but generally I look for:

    1. The best ration of search volume to advertiser competition/cost

    The lower the cost and/or competition and the higher the search volume, the better.

    2. Well targeted selling words and phrases

    Again, anything that indicates intent to buy is preferable to anything which does not, at least as a general rule.
